The Era of Reconstruction
posted on Mon, 02/02/2009 - 05:44So I feel like I’ve entered the second stage of my 100-day iZO Juice Feast, The Reconstruction phase. I am on Day 31. The first 30-day stage was a concentrated detox level in which I released so much toxic crap. I’ve never done the iZO Cleanze as hardcore as I am now. This time I’m doing the sugar free juice feast, all green juices, no apple, beets, or carrots, and this time around we make the hemp milk which is now all raw.
And not an ounce of solid food has entered my mouth. Plus, I am drinking my customized formula of tea that Rehmannia prepared to address my kidney deficiencies. Exciting!
I started the cleanze weighing 166.8 lbs. I lost 10 lbs in 12 days, and then I kind of leveled off until this past week. Days 8 and 9 were my toughest detox days so far. I had some headaches, and I was extremely sluggish and had to take a nap both days. On Days 22 and 23, I did a liver flush using flax seed oil and grapefruit juice, with Epsom salt purges before and after. I got a fair number of stones out, probably like 50-100 partially calcified cholesterol deposits, as big as the size of a finger joint and florescent green in color. Weird, but very satisfying. This intense purgative process followed the next day with an oxygen-infused colonic later on Day 23 resulted in some really intense releases. Between Saturday and Wednesday, I lost 3 lbs of crap. I now weigh 153.7 lbs, and my intended weight is about 145.
It’s now time to segue from the detox segment of my journey into the reconstruction phase. I’m not saying I’m done detoxing; there is still much to release. But I’m now shifting my focus into new growth and progress by concentrating on my daily physical exercise and spiritual practice regime. The ritual framework and groove that I establish on this cleanze is something I intend to continue at least as long as I’m alive on this planet, long after this cleanze is over. I’ve been working on developing this routine for many years now, learning a bit of it here and there. Finally, I am integrating it all to the best of my abilities: cleansing down to the core, getting fit from Yoga and regular cardio exercise, eating a mostly vegan and raw food diet.
I’m elated to report that I started the new era this morning with my circle rituals on the beach in Venice and Yoga at Santa Monica Yoga with Julian Walker. He’s my favorite yoga teacher in town. Tomorrow, I will do the entire routine as it is laid out below. I may not be up quite at 6am, but it will be before 8, and whenever that may be, I’ll just do it!
I, Timothy Martin, commit to this routine of daily rituals with the purpose of raising my consciousness for the good of the Universe and as a demonstration for anyone who may be interested in exploring the path to enlightenment for themselves. Higher consciousness is available to everyONE. Let’s take it! Allow yourself to be taken by it! Both! NOW!
