My First Colonics of the Cleanze
posted on Thu, 01/29/2009 - 11:14As you may or may not know, colonic hydrotherapy is an EXCELLENT companion to cleansing and is almost mandatory. What is absolutely mandatory on a cleanse is that you excrete the toxins that build up inside you. That may be easier said than done, given that you’ve eliminated one or two (if you’re a coffee-drinker) of your major stimulants of peristalsis, i.e. bowel movement triggers.
Without food and coffee, some people are literally up shit’s creek without a paddle. Colonic Hydrotherapy is like cruising shit’s creek in a battleship. It gets it ALL out. Not only are the large intestines cleaned out, but if your intestinal path is clear enough, a colonic can trigger a satisfying ‘liver dump’ of toxic bile. Mmmm...liver dump.
So on Days 2 and 12 of this 100-day journey, I made ‘Clear Way to Health’ my first stop on the 2009 Winter/Spring Colonic Tour (12 colonics in 100 days). This was where I got my first colonic ever, and the ladies here are always so soothing and comforting. On Day 2, I saw Stephanie for the first time ever. She was amazing! Really strong massage, and such a good soul! It seemed that we flushed out a lot of candida on this first colonic because it was rather foamy.
Day 12 I went to Leah, who you can see in the video above. As you can see, Leah is an angel! She hit me up with relaxing aroma therapy this time. Don’t tell anyone, but I have a crush on my colonic hydrotherapist!

2) I give a shout out to Howard Stern because colonics have been quite the topic of conversation on the show lately.
