My Spiritual Commitment...Finally.

A new leg of my Spiritual journey begins today. It is a personal watershed moment where I take everything I’ve ever learned in the Spiritual realm up to this moment and synthesize it into a comprehensive lifestyle program.

I call it the iZO Vitality Program. At its foundation is a healthy vegan, mostly raw (if your body type works for raw- mine does), food regimen with plenty of juices, herbal teas, and superfoods, and of course intermittent detox cleansing. And then hand in hand with a super nutrient-dense diet, is a strong physical exercise regime incorporating regular daily Yoga, Cardiovascular, or strength training (I consider the strength-training optional- as in: I don’t do it!). I’ve accomplished these two aspects of the Pyramid of Life experience simultaneously a few times now in the last few years. I’ve also aced a few other important experiential aspects of the pyramid having always lived Life as Art, perpetually engaging deeply with the surrounding Universe in complex, meaningful ways.

But the one thing I haven’t yet done in combination with the other essential building blocks of Life is I have not actually engaged the Mystical Spiritual head cornerstone of the pyramid in a substantive, experiential way. I’ve read volumes on the many aspects of Spiritual Mysticism and Religions, I’ve thought long and hard about them, I’ve taken classes on them, I’ve engaged in thoughtful discussions and debates about Spirituality and what it means, but for the life of me I have never actually dove in head first all the way, merging myself with the Universe in a daily devoted practice of Spiritual ritual and meditation. I have more like tested the waters with my toes, to the point where in meditation I’ll start to awaken my awareness of my energy and then I’ll get distracted and step away to marvel at what’s going on. I have always seemed to not be ready for the full dose. Well, I am ready, now. NOW!

I am ready to make a run for the whole Gnostic enchilada with extra holy guacamole! and Cosmic Love melted on top. I AM MAKING a run for the WHOLELY Gnostic enchilada with extra Holy Guacamole! And EXTRA EXTRA Cosmic Love melted on top. (Can you tell I’m on Day 4 of the iZO Cleanze with visions of enchilada dancing around in my head? Oy.) I don’t know how long it’s going to take me to achieve complete Nirvanic Pranic Self-Realization- it may take many lifetimes more. But all I know is that I’m going for it in this lifetime, and I’m going for it NOW! I’m getting impatient. I want eternal joy and Love ever-sprouting from my heart NOW, I want to be in full acceptance and understanding the Love of the Universe in its entirety NOW, I want to REALIZE the Unity in All the Everythings that have ever existed in All Time and Space…NOW! And I realize that it’s simply up to me to make it happen...NOW!

I am done (or at least aiming to be done) with the pain and insecurity of being at the mercy of the destabilizing ups and downs of life. I’m over it. I’m over using pot, wine, and food as medicating pain relievers that ultimately lead to more pain. I want a deeper level of experience, one that transcends the erratic fray of ego-driven emotions of fear and control. I want no longer to be against anything, i want to be above the distracting didactic conversation of ‘good’ and ‘bad’. Let my happiness and joy be free of material world plans and expectations that may or may not come to frutition as anticipated. Let my happiness and joy be found within mySELF, for NOW and EVER MORE. Amen!

So starting today, I am enacting the following body/mind/soul regimen upon myself. I am committing to at least doing this iZO Vitality Program for the duration of my current cleanse (I’m on Day 5), which would mean for 35 more days. I realize that this schedule I’m committing to is rather ambitious, but I’ve hit many parts of it before in isolated components, and I am ready for full integration. Convergence, that’s where it’s at, right? I may not hit all of this the entire time, but I am going to do my bestest to be as complete as possible. Sometimes life urgently intervenes and for instance, one morning I’ll get woke up by someone on the iZO Cleanze who needs immediate assistance of some kind or I’ll have to suddenly travel. But I am going to do my best to do it all NOW, and I intend to make this routine a staple of my life going forward till I expire intentionally and peacefully into the next world. I am soooooo excited to be finally doing this after planning it for so long. Here we go!

I am off my circle on the hill above my house where i have my 'Circle' perched right underneath the Hollywood sign looking over the Greater Los Angeles county. Once i've done my 'Circle work' (outlined below), i'll be heading to stretch and breathe with Julian Walker at Santa Monica Yoga. http://www.julianwalkeryoga.com/ And then after that i'm gonna rock it with the Beckwith’s and get down with the Agape Community. http://www.agapelive.com/ Then after that i'm going to do my homework, first some reading on the ins and outs of 'Rational-Emotive Therapy' to prepare me for my Self-Counseling session using 'Rational-Emotive Therapy' later on in the evening. It's a packed day, but i'm on amazingly on schedule!

Here is the routine I am committing to fulfilling every day for the next 35 days while on the iZO Cleanze, so help me Universe!!!

I will dissect the details of this schedule for you in the coming weeks in this blog and eventually we'll get some more video going of this stuff.
