Day 100: The Bridge Crossed
posted on Sun, 04/12/2009 - 03:16Ok, I'll admit there was one night that I cheated with solid food and devoured a whole container of hummus to satisfy my garlic cravings. But is hummus really to be considered solid? A handful of times I got a raw, vegan smoothie cuz I just need a change of food scenery. And then a few times I found myself in a social engagement at a raw food restaurant and I ordered raw, vegan soup. I don't consider any of that cheating, except for the hummus binge because it was so uncontrolled. Not bad, I'd say.
I regret that I didn't blog more, but I was so busy running iZO operations that unfortunately blogging was all too often at the bottom of my totem pole of priorities. Oh well. I am proud to say that I'm in the best physical shape of my life- for the past 2 months, I've done Yoga every Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday, and ran 2-3 miles every Tuesday, Thurs and Fri. Mondays would be either yoga or running. I lost 24 lbs overall, but despite the fact that there's basically not an ounce of fat on body, I did indeed gain muscle mass, and I'm proud to say that I have a 4-pack in formation! Wow! I'm taking pics tmrw and will post when I get them.
My sense of achievement right now is beyond satiated.I say
