What's the best way to prepare for a cleanze?

There are two schools of thought on this. The most commonly held theory is that you should start eating lighter, moving toward a vegetarian and even vegan diet if possible for up to a week before you start your cleanze. Anything that goes towards lighter consumption is good. Sure, you may be inclined to go out with a bang the night before by satisfying your last desires for the material pleasure of solid foods. If that's what's necessary to get you into the cleanze, so be it. You gotta do what you gotta do. Just realize that if you party like a rockstar the night before you start a cleanze, you'll certainly feel a more jarring effect the next morning.
