What if I have a business or social dinner that I HAVE to attend while on the iZO Cleanze?
Well, if you don't want to break your cleanze all the way, you can do one of two things. You can politely eat a light soup, and at the most a salad. Or you can bring in your iZO Cooler or just the jars you'll need and you can become the subject of a fun, enlightening conversation for everyone. You may even get someone to do a cleanze which in turn transforms their life! Good Karma!
What if I'm hypoglycemic?
The iZO Cleanze is especially formulated with very low sugar content, so it is unlikely that one will get hypoglycemia. That being said, every body is different. Here are some signs of hypoglycemia:
Headache, inability to concentrate, sweating, intense hunger, dizziness, paleness, irritability, sweating, jitteriness, weakness. Usually these are relieved by eating or drinking.
What's the best way to prepare for a cleanze?
There are two schools of thought on this. The most commonly held theory is that you should start eating lighter, moving toward a vegetarian and even vegan diet if possible for up to a week before you start your cleanze. Anything that goes towards lighter consumption is good. Sure, you may be inclined to go out with a bang the night before by satisfying your last desires for the material pleasure of solid foods. If that's what's necessary to get you into the cleanze, so be it. You gotta do what you gotta do.
Will I need to take off from work, or will I be able to function while cleanzing?
While it may be ideal to take the time off to mediate, reflect and clean up your house (literally and metaphorically), the iZO Cleanze is designed for on-the-go professionals who have no time to manage the ordeal of getting a liquid-only cleanse together. Our clients include the senior executives of large corporations, Fulltime moms, big time Hollywood producers, directors, and writers, doctors, fitness trainers, Yoga instructors, massage therapists, etc. None of them can afford to miss a beat even for a minute. If they can do it, then you can too!
Can I cleanze while pregnant or breast-feeding?
Women should NOT cleanze if they are pregnant or breast-feeding because the toxins that are kicked up due to the cleanze can easily pass into the bloodstream or breast milk.
Are there any conditions under which I should NOT cleanze?
Although cleanzing is generally good for helping most bodily conditions, there are certain instances when cleanzing is not recommended:
* Women should NOT cleanse if they are pregnant or breast-feeding because the toxins that are kicked up due to the cleanze can easily pass into the bloodstream or breast milk.
* One should not cleanse if you are losing weight to a disease.
* We strongly recommend cleansing under the supervising care of a licensed physician if one has the following diseases or conditions:
1. Type 1 Diabetes, Advanced heart, liver or kidney disease

When should I cleanse?
We recommend doing a good, deep cleanse of 10-14 days once or twice a year. And then a maintenance cleanse of 3-5 days every two or three months. Or, rather than cleanse as part of a scheduled routine, you could cleanse in preparation for certain life events such as weddings, award ceremonies, graduations, vacations, and Summer! Or you could also cleanse after a particularly stressful event or period of time comes to conclusion.
